Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 500 g minced meat (minced meat), mixed
  • 3 gherkins (pickles), small to medium-sized
  • 100 g sour cream
  • mustard
  • Soup powder
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small pieces, toast in oil until translucent.
  2. Then add the minced meat, continue toasting until the meat is brown, then put some soup powder in the pan and pour a little water (half a cup) over it.
  3. Steam the meat a little, in the meantime cut the cucumber into small cubes and add to the meat. Season the sauce with mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram.
  4. Finally, the sour cream is folded in.
  5. Serve with croissant noodles and green salad.
