Ingredients
- 150 ml olive oil
- 75 ml vinegar, your choice, e.g. herb, raspberry, apple, balsamic vinegar, etc.
- 1 pinch (s) salt, possibly more generously
- 2 pinches white pepper, possibly more
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Herbs
- Garlic
- Oil, flavored
- Fondor

- Mix all ingredients well.
- The vinaigrette will keep in the refrigerator for over a week in a closed vessel.
- When using fresh herbs, care should be taken to use as little water as possible. If freeze-dried ones are used, the shelf life is also higher.
