Peel and finely chop the garlic (do not press through!) And mix thoroughly with quark, sour cream, olive oil, chives, Provence herbs and a pinch of sugar, season with salt and pepper.
Baguette and mild chili peppers go well with it. Also very popular with potatoes or when grilling.
This garlic dip is suitable for the masses (proven in numerous THW and fire brigade bivouacs) and has addictive potential! A fire brigade has already asked for it for breakfast and ate it too!
It is important to chop the garlic and not to press it as it tastes much hotter and more intense when you press it!
