  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Walnuts – 0.5 cups
  • Powdered sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Milk (hot) – 400 g

Walnut Muffins Instructions

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Beat the whites into a strong foam.
  3. Add softened butter and powdered sugar to the yolks (set aside for decoration).
  4. Mix. Add nuts and sugar. Mix.
  5. Add proteins. Mix gently.
  6. Sift and add flour. Mix.
  7. Fill in the form with dough.
  8. Bake muffins with walnuts for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  9. Remove the French toast muffins from the molds and pour over the hot milk.
  10. Sprinkle the powdered sugar on the walnut muffins. Use a cooking gas torch to melt the powder (if possible).
  11. The walnut muffins are ready. Bon Appetit!
