Ingredients
- 150 g wild arlic, fresher
- 50 g walnuts or pine nuts
- 100 g parmesan cheese, rated
- 11 tablespoon oil, (walnut oil)
- 1 clove garlic, (who likes more)
- pepper
- salt
- some oil, for frying

- First wash the fresh ingredients, then drain the wild garlic well. The walnuts are fried in a pan with a little oil, then cool.
- Mix the oil, the wild garlic, the nut kernels and the finely squeezed garlic in a small bowl with a hand blender, season with salt and pepper.
- Very tasty with pasta or white bread!
