- 500g flour
- 0.5 bag ½ dry yeast
- 300 ml milk
- 40 g fat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar

- Mix the flour with the yeast, salt and sugar. Warm the milk and fat slightly and add to the flour. Keep the dough warm for about 20 minutes. Then knead again.
- Knead on a floured work surface, shape and either place in a baking pan or on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Let it rise again briefly (10 minutes). Cut the dough lengthways at the top. Then bake for about 40 - 45 minutes.
