Ingredients
- 240 g oat bran
- 65 g wheat bran
- 150 g skimmed quark, low in fat
- 150 g cream cheese or cottae cheese
- 20 g yeast or 1 pack dry yeast
- 6 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon, heaped bread spice mixture
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 2 tablespoon sesame or flaxseed to sprinkle

- Crumble the yeast in about four tablespoons of warm water and keep warm for about 30 minutes. Mix the bran, quark, cream cheese, salt, bread spices and eggs with the risen yeast to a soft mass. Wrap a small loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Let everything rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 60 minutes until golden brown. After baking, turn the bread out of the mold and peel off the paper.
- Makes about 1 kg of bread
