  • 250 g oat bran
  • 50 g wheat bran
  • 4 tablespoon flaxseed, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • mineral water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the mixer, add a small dash of mineral water if necessary.
  2. Pour the dough into a baking pan and bake in the oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
  3. If you don`t have an oven, you can bake the bread in the microwave at approx. 750 watts for 16-18 minutes, but it won`t be as crispy.
