  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • liter ⅛ cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine with the sugar and eggs until foamy, mix the flour with the baking powder and add. Top up with cream and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 175 ° C (convection) for about 50 minutes (make a stick test !!). Let the cake cool down or serve it warm with vanilla ice cream!
  3. The cake also tastes very good when you crumble chocolate cake, mix it with liquid chocolate and stir it into the batter together with chocolate pops - a nice surprise, especially for children.
