Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour, handy or universal
  • 1 cup hazelnuts or almonds, grated
  • 1 cup cocoa, instant (Nesquik) or /2 cup tart cocoa and some additional sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cup oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • Butter and grated nuts for the form

Instructions

  1. First sieve the flour and baking powder, then mix in the remaining dry ingredients.
  2. Then mix in the yogurt, oil and whole eggs. (Stirring the eggs until frothy is not absolutely necessary)
  3. Place in a greased bundt cake pan and bake in the oven at 170 ° C for 50 minutes.
