- 150 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 150 g chocolate
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g suar
- 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp it

- Melt the butter, mix the flour and baking powder together. Crush the chocolate. Slit open the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp.
- Mix the eggs with the sour cream, sugar, vanilla pulp and butter.
- Quickly fold in the flour mixture, fold in the chocolate. Fill the dough into two 6cm deep GN trays that are coated with butter and sprinkled with sugar. Bake at 180 ° C (preheated!) For approx. 20-25 minutes.
