- 250 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 250 g rye meal
- 250 g wheat meal
- 250 g flaxseed, whole
- 1 liter buttermilk, lukewarm
- 1 cube yeast
- 2 tablespoon turnip tops
- 1 tablespoon salt

- Put the flour, rye, wheat meal and flaxseed in a large bowl. Add the buttermilk and turnip tops. Put the salt with the yeast in a plastic pot with a lid. Close well. Then shake well until the yeast is liquid. Then add to the dough. Mix everything well. The dough comes in a loaf pan (it is best to line it with baking paper, otherwise you won`t get the bread out whole). Place in the cold oven and bake at 150 ° C for 2 hours.
- Tastes even better the next day. Just eat with butter or cheese.
