Ingredients
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 250 g rye flour, whole rain
- 250 g spelled flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g oatmeal
- 50 g flaxseed
- Fat for the shape
