- 500 g wholemeal rye flour
- 50 g whole rain flakes (rye flakes)
- 50 g flaxseed
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 500 ml water
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon fruit vinegar

- Mix and knead all ingredients in a bowl in the order listed. Don`t be irritated by the fact that the dough is firm and a little sticky. Put the dough in a loaf pan lined with baking paper, this is best done with a tablespoon.
- Then put the mold in the cold oven and bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 1 hour - maybe 5-10 minutes longer.
- The sunflower seeds turn green when cut by the baking soda, this is just a chemical reaction that vitamin B detects. If that bothers you, you should simply swap the sunflower seeds for other seeds at will.
- The bread is great for an anti-fungal diet. Whole grain rye flour has the most fiber and the baking soda is also harmless. Yeast is not wanted here.
