Ingredients
- 400 g flour (whole spelled)
- 100 g flour (whole wheat or buckwheat - if possible)
- 80 g sesame seeds
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 80 g flaxseed
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (fruit or wine vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 cube yeast
- Fat for the bread pan
