Ingredients
- 150 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 150 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g wheat flour, type 1050
- 200 g wheat flour, type 550
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 440 ml water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 tablespoon quinoa
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
