White Chocolate Brownie

Delicious and delicate dessert – white chocolate brownie. It will please even those who do not consider themselves a sweet tooth. It is easy to prepare and without much hassle, I hope you enjoy the recipe.

Servings: 8-9
Ingredients
- White chocolate – 100 grams
- Butter – 100 grams
- Sugar – 100 Grams
- Flour – 100 Grams
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Lemon juice – 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Lemon zest – 1 Piece
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Combine the diced butter and the broken chocolate. Melt in a water bath or microwave until smooth.
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Add the chocolate butter and stir.
- Add lemon zest and juice.
- Add flour in portions.
- Stir the dough well until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a greased pan. The size of the mold depends on the desired height of the finished dessert.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cool, then remove the brownie from the mold and cut into portions.
- The white chocolate brownie is ready. Decorate the dessert with icing sugar or any favorite icing and enjoy.
