  • 50 g herb butter
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and preheat it to 180 ° C.
  2. Peel and clean the asparagus and place in a roasting tube. Spread the herb butter in flakes on top. Mix white wine with salt, pepper and sugar, pour into the roasting tube and seal, place in the middle of the cold tray. Make a cut and slide it onto the bottom rail. Cook for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
  3. It goes well with ham and small roasted potatoes.
