Ingredients

  • 1 large can peach (s)
  • 2 pts. Sauce powder, vanilla, for cooking
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 liter ¼ peach juice, (can)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ wine, white, dry
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 point vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches, collect the juice and measure 1/4 l. Cut the peaches into small pieces and place in a bowl. Mix the sauce powder with a little peach juice and the sugar according to the instructions on the packet. Bring the remaining juice to the boil with the wine, add the sauce powder mixture and bring to the boil briefly. Stir constantly. Pour the sauce over the peach pieces and let them cool (preferably overnight - so prepare well).
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in. The cream only tastes good when the cream has been folded in. So don`t get confused by the taste of the sauce!
