Ingredients
- 300 g spahetti (whole rain)
- 400 g tomato (s), diced or small halved or quartered
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20 ml oil
- 30 g tomato (s), dried
- 30 g parmesan, rated
- 20 g parmesan, rated
- 20 g pine nuts, toasted
- Herbs, Italian, fresh or frozen
- salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- honey
- basil

- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain.
- Heat the oil in a pan and lightly sauté the garlic and onions. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and roast them again briefly.
- Now add the cooked spaghetti, the grated Parmesan and the Italian herbs. Finally add the fresh tomatoes and season the pasta with salt, pepper, honey and, if necessary, a little garlic powder / onion spice.
- Swirl over medium heat so that the tomatoes are warm and the different flavors unfold.
- Spread over two pasta plates and serve with the grated Parmesan and roasted pine nuts. dish up. Garnish with fresh basil.
