- 3 egg (s)
- 100 ml milk
- 1 shot mineral water
- some pepper
- 2 teaspoon pesto (wild garlic pesto)
- 20 spear / n asparagus, white (or number as desired)
- 5 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 8 slices ham, cooked
- Herbs, (as the mood takes you)
- Cherry tomato
- Cheese, grated
- 1 egg (s)

- Peel the asparagus and boil in water with lemon and a piece of butter.
- Make a smooth, thin pancake batter from flour, milk, eggs and a dash of sparkling water (the information is not to be taken too seriously, because I always do it without measuring)! Finally stir in the wild garlic pesto, the dough can already have a strong green color!
- Make a thick sauce from the egg, a little pepper, salt, the herbs, the cream cheese and the cream or milk.
- Strain off the asparagus and set aside!
- Bake the pancakes in butter!
- Spread the sauce on each pancake, put ham on top, asparagus on top and then some cocktail tomatoes (quarter them beforehand), sprinkle with cheese and wrap.
- Process all pancakes like this, place in a baking dish, sprinkle with the rest of the sauce, the remaining tomatoes and some cheese and bake in the oven at approx. 200 ° for a few minutes! Take it out and enjoy!
- A nice, green spring salad tastes good with it.
