Ingredients
For the dough:
- 75 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 grams flour
- 100 g semolina
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 150 g yourt
- 4 tablespoons milk
- Cinnamon, to taste
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 3 pear (s)
For covering:
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 50 g butter, soft

- First, grease the muffin molds and refrigerate them or line them with paper molds.
- Quarter the pears, remove the core and dice.
- For the streusel mix flour, sugar and nuts, work with the butter to a crumbly mass. Refrigerate.
- Meanwhile preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat.
- For the dough, stir the butter with the sugar until foamy, stir in the egg.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and semolina, stir into the butter mixture with yogurt, milk and cinnamon. Finally fold in the pear pieces and the chopped nuts.
- Fill into the prepared molds and sprinkle with the crumble.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
