Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 175 g flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 100 g butter

For painting:

  • 3 tablespoon apricot jam

For decoration:

  • 200 g couverture, (whole milk couverture)
  • 65 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon pear spirit

For the glaze:

  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 4 teaspoons pear spirit

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from all the dough ingredients and chill. Roll out the dough, then cut out round cookies. Put these on a prepared baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  2. Brush the cooled cookies with apricot jam.
  3. Melt whole milk couverture, stir in butter, powdered sugar and pear spirit. Let cool down. Put the mixture in a piping bag and squirt rings onto the cookies. Mix the powdered sugar with the pear spirit. Pour the glaze in the center of the sprayed rings.
