Wings for Beer

Wings for beer – a favorite and proven recipe. Although spicy chicken wings are good without beer, beer is even better!

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Hmeli-surely – 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Products according to the recipe for chicken wings for beer.
  2. Make the sauce first. Mix mustard with soy sauce and mayonnaise.
  3. Squeeze the garlic into the mixture.
  4. Add surely hops and icing sugar.
  5. Mix everything.
  6. Wash and dry the wings.
  7. Then dip the wings one by one in the sauce.
  8. Fold in a bowl and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  9. Turn on the oven. Grease a baking sheet with mayonnaise.
  10. Place the chicken wings on a greased baking sheet with mayonnaise. Layout, of course, in one layer.
  11. Place the baking sheet in the oven on the middle shelf.
  12. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180-200 ° C, periodically pouring over the sauce.
  13. Then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.
  14. When the wings are ready, immediately remove them from the baking sheet, otherwise, they will absorb excess fat.
    The wings are ready for a beer.
