- 12 cubes ice

- Since spring is always a long time coming, I have a delicious recipe to dream about.
- Prepare 6 flat glasses. Wash and quarter the limes. Put two lime quarters in each glass and carefully mash with a pestle. Put 3 tablespoons of elderflower syrup on each of the limes (if you like it sweeter, take one more) and add 2 ice cubes each. Fill up with the sparkling wine and enjoy.
