Ingredients
- 500 g spahetti
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 300 ml vegetable stock, instant, strong
- 1 bunch chives

- Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, stir in a very strong broth, it should taste quite salty.
- Stir the sour cream and sour cream into the broth and mix in the chives cut into rolls. Add the still warm spaghetti and stir vigorously.
- Let it steep for at least half an hour (if you can keep your hands off it for that long ).
- The lettuce tastes best of all, but it is still awesome when it has cooled down. You can also enjoy it warm as lunch.
- By the way, you can also use any other noodle for this, but strangely enough, it tastes best with spaghetti.
