- 250 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 8 egg (s)
- 500g flour
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 bag baking powder
- 1 bag / s vanilla pudding powder, for cooking
- 500 ml buttermilk

- Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs and continue to beat until frothy. Then fold in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and pudding powder and finally pour in the buttermilk very slowly while whipping.
- So actually just mix all the ingredients together well and then bake the waffles.
