Ingredients
- 2 ½ liter ginger ale, well chilled
- 5 lime (s)
- 4 tablespoon cane sugar
- 4 stalks mint, the leaves them
- 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen raspberries
- 400 ml vodka, as needed

- 5 handfuls crushed ice

- Cut the limes into eighths, mash them with the cane sugar and mint leaves in a saucepan. Cut strawberries.
- Put the crushed ice in a large punch bowl and pour the chopped strawberries and the lime mixture over it. Then fill up with cool ginger ale.
- If you like it more fun, simply replace part of the ginger ale with vodka (approx. 400 ml, depending on your taste).
- The punch also tastes wonderful with frozen raspberries. It is best to drink it immediately after making it.
- We have coffee and cake instead of coffee and cake in summer!
