  • 430 g apricot (s), preserved
  • 300 g cream quark
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 4 slices rusks

Instructions

  1. Pour off the juice of the canned apricots and let them drain well in a colander. Take a large bowl and add the cream curd, sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk. Mix everything well.
  2. Place a slice of rusks on a plate and spread the quark cream on it so that the rusks can no longer be seen. Finally, place half an apricot in the cream with the curve facing up.
  3. Tip: You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, this will look like paprika powder.
