Ingredients
- 2 rolls from the day before
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 tablespoon, heaped butter
- 1 small bell pepper (s), red
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cm ginger root
- 80 g feta cheese
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt
- Pepper, black, from the mill
- paprika powder, noble sweet

- 150 g Parma ham
- 4 egg (s), cooked
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon, heaped mustard, medium hot

- Soak the rolls in hot water. Peel the onion and the clove of garlic, clean the pepper. Finely dice the onion, ginger, paprika and garlic and sauté in a little butter until translucent, set aside and let cool. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
- Mix 2 eggs, the squeezed out rolls, ketchup, tomato paste and the steamed onion and pepper mixture well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Carefully press the feta cubes into the mixture and distribute them.

Carefully distribute the second half of the mince as a lid on top. With moistened hands, shape the meat dough into a loaf of bread and seal the seams well. Brush the roast with mustard and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Cook in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for about 60 minutes.
