  • 450 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Hail sugar, to roll out

Instructions

  1. Goes super fast:
  2. Knead all ingredients into a dough until it separates from the bowl.
  3. If it is too firm, add a little more cream. Cover the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Do not allow it to rise too much.
  4. Then it is rolled out in portions on lump sugar, the circle is cut into eight pieces and shaped into croissants.
  5. Bake at 150 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
