Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 packs yeast, fresh
  • 1 liter water
  • a bit salt
  • 3 tablespoon oat flakes (melted flakes)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Let the sauce brown lightly with a little butter. Then the yeast cubes are crumbled in, they melt now. Mix with the oat flakes (melting flakes !!) and pour in the water. Keep stirring to make a smooth soup. Let this simmer gently for about 30 minutes and season with salt.
  2. If it is too thick, just add some more water, but don`t make it too runny (consistency of cream soup).
  3. Then add the finely chopped parsley and serve.
