Ingredients

  • 500 g cream yourt
  • 50 ml cream
  • 70 g honey
  • 6 sheets gelatin, white
  • Water, cold for soaking
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 300 g strawberries, fresh
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 80 ml liqueur (strawberry liqueur)

For decoration:

  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • Chocolate flakes
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt with the cream and honey in a bowl and stir until smooth. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Warm the wine and completely dissolve the well-squeezed gelatin in it. Then stir vigorously into the yogurt with the whisk.
  2. Clean, wash and drain 8 large strawberries. Place each strawberry in a decorative serving dish. Pour the yoghurt over it and let it set completely in the refrigerator.
  3. Clean, wash and drain the remaining strawberries. Puree with the powdered sugar and strawberry liqueur. Distribute the strawberry pulp decoratively on plates, place the yoghurt dessert that has fallen out of the mold and halved onto the sauce.
  4. Dust with icing sugar to garnish. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes and garnish with lemon balm. Serve immediately.
