Ingredients

  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • 50 ml oil (lemon oil)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 2 lemon (s) (organic), juice and zest
  • Lemongrass
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 schnitzel

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly cut the onion, wash and finely chop the basil. Mix both with yogurt, lemon oil and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and lemongrass. Rub in the zest of the lemon, but you don`t have to take everything.
  2. Put the schnitzel (regardless of whether it is pork, turkey or chicken) in it and let it steep in a closed container for at least two days
  3. Then best put on the hot grill.
