- 125 ml water
- 150 g yourt, 3.5%
- 50 ml oil
- 1 lemon (s), juice and grated zest it
- 500 g wheat flour, type 550
- 150 g carrot (s), rated
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pack dry yeast
