Carrot Bread

Carrot Breads are a healthy and delicious snack that’s easy to make. The recipe can be supplemented at your request with other ingredients, then you get a different, unique taste.

Ingredients
- Carrots – 1-2 Grams (depending on size)
- Oat flakes – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Whole grain flour – 2-4 Art. spoons (how many dough will take)
- Eggs – 1 Piece
- Grated cheese – 50 grams
- Flax seeds – 2-3 st. spoons
- Sesame seeds – 2-3 st. spoons
- Dry Herb Blend – 0.5 Teaspoons (basil, oregano, sage, etc.)
- Salt – 3 Grams
- Vegetable oil – 40 Milliliters
Directions
- Grind the carrots in a blender.
- Transfer the grated carrots to a bowl.
- Put cheese and vegetable oil in a blender, chop.
- Transfer the cheese-oil mixture to the carrots, add dry herbs, salt, beat in an egg, stir until smooth.
- Combine flour, oatmeal, flaxseeds, and sesame seeds.
- Put the carrot mixture, knead the dough. Roll out the dough into a thin layer directly on the baking sheet, preferably through plastic wrap.
- Prick with a fork in several places, bake the layer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Cut the still warm baked layer into bread and bake for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Carrot breads are ready. This is a delicious and healthy snack.
