Zucchini “Double Pleasure” with Minced Meat, in Batter

Fried zucchini is very tasty, and zucchini with meat is twice as delicious. Delicate chicken meat goes well with zucchini. It is not a shame to serve such an appetizer to guests. Decorate beautifully fried zucchini in batter and serve for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Minced chicken – 300 g
  • Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Sunflower oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Add 0.5 teaspoon to the minced meat. salt and mix.
  2. Let’s prepare the batter. Beat eggs with 0.5 teaspoon. salt, paprika, and milk. (If eggs are small, take 3 pieces. If large, then 2 pieces will be enough.)
  3. Let’s add flour. Stir well.
  4. Cut the zucchini into slices about 3-5 mm thick.
  5. Put a little minced meat on one circle of zucchini. Cover with the second and do not press hard.
  6. This is how we deal with all the zucchini and minced meat.
  7. Preheat the pan, add the sunflower oil. We reduce the heat to a minimum and, having dipped each piece well in batter, put the zucchini with minced meat in the pan. Fry zucchini in batter on both sides.
  8. Zucchini with minced meat, fried in batter, beautifully decorated with herbs, and serve. Bon Appetit!
