- 2 large zucchini
- 2 egg (s)
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small onion (s)
- food starch
- Herbs, TK 8 herb mixture
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
- rosemary

- Grate the zucchini. Cut the onion very finely and mix it with the zucchini. Salt the mixture and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the water with a kitchen towel, as with potato fritters.
- Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat and put them in a container with the basil, the clove of garlic and the remaining herbs and mix into small pieces. Fold the sunflower seed mixture into the squeezed zucchini mixture and add the 2 eggs and some starch. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Fry small portions in a pan with a little olive oil.
- I think the patties taste very good with salad or simply with sour cream.
