Ingredients

  • 200 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 125 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 65 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 100 g orane peel, finely chopped
  • Wafers (baking wafers), 4 cm in diameter
  • 150 g couverture, semi-dark

Instructions

  1. Knead the marzipan, powdered sugar, egg, flour and orange peel to a smooth mass. Shape walnut-sized balls and place on the wafers.
  2. Bake lightly at approx. 160 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. After cooling, cover with couverture and decorate with chocolate (hearts, ornaments) or sugar decorations.
