- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 lemon (s), the juice it

- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Mix well, bring to the boil, continue to cook for approx. 1 minute while stirring. Fill into prepared jars and close immediately. Can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 2 weeks.
