Ingredients

For the filling: (salmon filling)

  • 0.5 ½ package smoked salmon
  • 6 slices tomato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 6 slices mozzarella
  • some onion (s), cut into rings
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili powder
  • 1 small tomato (s), optional
  • possibly pesto, tomato

For the filling: (tuna filling)

  • 0.5 can ½ tuna, natural
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese, alternatively sour cream or crème fraîche
  • possibly milk or cream
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tablespoon corn
  • some stalks chives
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic

For the filling: (Mediterranean filling)

  • 3 slices ham, serrano
  • 6 olives
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 6 slices mozzarella
  • 6 slices tomato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon pesto alla Genovese
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Salmon wrap:
  2. For the crème fraîche sauce, mix with the tomato paste and the spices. To get a more intense tomato flavor, you can also cut a small tomato or add a few tablespoons of tomato pesto.
  3. Briefly warm the wrap in the microwave, then brush with the sauce. Then place the salmon, rocket, tomato slices, mozzarella and onion rings in the middle and roll up the wrap.
  4. Tuna wrap:
  5. For the sauce, mix the tuna, onion, spices and, depending on availability, cream cheese, sour cream or crème fraîche (preferably with a small mixer to create a cream). If necessary, add a little milk or cream to make the cream a little more liquid.
  6. Briefly warm the wrap in the microwave, then spread thinly with the sauce. Then place the iceberg lettuce, corn and chives in the middle, add another good portion of tuna cream and roll up the wrap.
  7. Mediterranean wrap:
  8. For the sauce, mix the pesto with a little crème fraîche and spices to make a delicious cream.
  9. Briefly warm the wrap in the microwave, then brush with the sauce. Then place the Serrano ham, finely chopped olives, rocket, tomato slices, mozzarella on top of each other in the middle and roll up the wrap.
  10. Now all you have to do is cut all the wraps that have been rolled up into 2 parts and distribute them on 2 plates.
  11. For parties it is advisable to quarter the wraps!
