Ahoy Woodruff Cocktail

• 0.5 ½ lime (s)
• 2 teaspoons cane sugar, brown
• 3 cl syrup, woodruff
• Ginger ale
• Ice cubes, (crushed ice)

Instructions

1. Cut off the bitter ends of the limes and then cut into eighths.
2. Pound together with the cane sugar in the glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice to approx. 1-2 cm below the rim. Let woodruff syrup run over the ice. Top up with ginger ale. Now remove the whole thing from the bottom with a long spoon and stir.
3. A fruity-sour refreshment. Anyone who consumed the Ahoj Brause Waldmeister back then will love this cocktail!
4. If you like, you can also make an alcoholic cocktail out of it with a little vodka, rum or the like.
