Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g cream
  • 20 basil leaves, fresh
  • 1 sprig rosemary, delicate young needles
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Sauce (raspberry sauce)
  • Cherry (s), candied

Instructions

  1. Chop the basil and rosemary very finely. Put the mascarpone, cream and powdered sugar in a bowl and puree everything finely with the blender.
  2. First put a layer of cream in the glass, then put some raspberry sauce on top, again top the cream, and again raspberry sauce, with candied cherries.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
