- 20 apricot (s), dried
- 20 almond (s), whole
- 10 slices bacon

- Slice the apricots a little over the middle, add an almond kernel and squeeze the fruit together.
- Halve the bacon slices, wrap the apricots tightly in them and fix with a toothpick.
- Place these parcels in a coated, cold pan without added fat, fry brown on both sides over medium heat and serve hot.
