Ingredients

  • 50 g almond (s), peeled
  • 50 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 100 ml sunflower oil or rapeseed or safflower oil

Instructions

  1. Puree the almonds and the water in the mixer on the highest setting until a thick, smooth cream has formed. Now season the almond mixture with salt, sugar, lemon juice and pepper and mix everything briefly. At the end, put the oil in the blender jar and mix everything together briefly, done.
  2. Note: The mayonnaise will be a little firmer in the refrigerator.
