Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 2 cups whipped cream (50g each)
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 point pudding powder (cream flavor)
  • 250 g cream quark

Instructions

  1. Work the butter, sugar, salt, 1 egg, baking powder and flour into a smooth dough and line a springform pan with it on the bottom and edge (about halfway up).
  2. For the topping, first mix the solid ingredients (pudding powder, vanilla sugar, sugar, salt), then stir in the quark, creme fraîche, 2 eggs and finally the cream. Attention, it`s completely liquid! Carefully pour the whole thing into the springform pan and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 60 minutes. Then let it cool down properly before removing the cake from the springform pan.
