Mix the cocoa liqueur and the amaretto and pour into a 100 ml glass. I always use cognac glasses for this, not snifter. Then put in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds until it is hot, while watching the glass. When the first droplets form at the top of the glass, it is hot enough.
Take out the glass and fill it with whipped cream. Finally, add some cocoa powder for decoration. Cut a straw to the appropriate length and stick it in the glass.
