Ingredients
- 450 grams bacon
- 450 g sausaes (cocktail)
- 220 g suar, brown

- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C, if possible bottom heat, otherwise top / bottom heat.
- Cut the bacon crosswise into three parts and wrap each part around a cocktail sausage. Secure with toothpicks or small wooden sticks and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the sausages with the brown sugar and bake for 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the sugar has melted.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven, place the sausages on a platter and serve.
- Wonderful as a starter or as a snack.
