American KFC-Style Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

For the marinade:

1 liter buttermilk
1 small Bottle / n sauce (Chicken Wing Hot Sauce) or some Tabasco
1 teaspoon sugar, white

Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Put in a large plastic bag. Add the buttermilk with the hot sauce and the sugar. Chill in the refrigerator overnight (for at least 8 hours).
The next day, stir the milk and the two eggs together in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, flour, crumbled cornflakes, salt and pepper.
Heat the fryer to 175 ° C.
Remove the chicken pieces from the buttermilk mixture and pull them through the milk egg mixture, then through the breadcrumbs mixture. Then pull through the milk egg mixture and breadcrumb mixture again.
Temporarily store the parts on a plate. When all of the chicken is breaded, place in the deep fryer and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
This goes well with a dip to your taste and french fries.
