Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • 125 ml broth
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • Wine, white

Instructions

  1. Boil ribbon noodles according to package directions, then drain and mix with 50 g grated cheese.
  2. Place noodle mixture in a baking dish.
  3. Cut pork fillet into 2 cm thick slices and season with salt, pepper, and marjoram.
  4. Heat 40 g butter in a large pan over medium-high heat and fry pork slices 2-3 minutes per side until golden (internal temperature should reach 63°C/145°F).
  5. Place cooked pork on top of noodles in the baking dish.
  6. Add 125 ml broth and 1 cup cream to the pan and reduce over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season sauce with salt, pepper, marjoram, and a dash of white wine, then pour over the pork and noodles.
  8. Cut cooked ham into strips and place on top of the meat.
  9. Sprinkle remaining 100 g grated cheese over the top.
  10. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes until the cheese has a golden crust.
